Deploying his regulatory consulting background, Mitch Haberberger brings his knowledge of the implementation and maintenance of compliance programs to Silver’s clients. He draws on hands-on experience supporting investment advisers of varying sizes and strategies through registration with the SEC, compliance program development and forensic testing.

Prior to Joining Silver, Mitch was a Compliance Associate at IQ-EQ, where he helped launch new advisers and addressed complex regulatory issues through program-specific testing and customized solutions. He began his career at ACA Group, where he performed forensic testing and was entrusted with quality assurance for their Expert Network Chaperoning service. During his time there, he also specialized in conflict identification, implementing safeguards around MNPI controls and chaperoning services for expert networks. 

Mitch holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology/Pre-Law with a minor in Philosophy from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
