Connor is a results-driven business development leader with 5+ years of experience building and scaling go-to-market functions at high-growth technology companies. Across his time at Cortex and Mend.io, Connor played a pivotal role in both executing and optimizing go-to-market strategy. As a founding Senior Business Development Representative at Cortex, helping build the team’s Salesforce CRM infrastructure from the ground up, including dashboards, lead-flow pipelines, account hierarchies, and performance reporting. Establishing the data foundation for outbound success. He later stepped into leadership responsibilities, mentoring peers and leading internal training on outreach strategy and sequencing. Building on that foundation at Mend.io, he expanded his impact as a team lead, evaluating and implementing tools across the GTM tech stack spanning sales engagement, data enrichment, workflow automation, and analytics to improve pipeline visibility and reporting accuracy. His bilingual capabilities also enabled expanded reach across North American and LATAM markets.
