Joey serves as the Operations Manager at Silver, where he oversees a broad spectrum of firm operations across all business lines. His role focuses on maintaining a secure, efficient, and reliable operational and technological environment that supports the firm’s regulatory work. He oversees external IT providers, manages software and hardware assets, and enforces firm-wide IT policies to ensure consistency and security across systems.

In addition, Joey plays a central role in coordinating firm-wide processes, supporting internal initiatives, and working closely with teams throughout the organization to keep daily operations aligned and effective.

Prior to joining Silver, Joey managed high-pressure, fast-paced medical operations, developing a strong foundation in project management, staff development, and operational oversight. His ability to coordinate demanding operational schedules and navigate the strict compliance landscape of medical practice standards directly positioned him to drive internal efficiency and support business growth within the demanding regulatory compliance sector.

Joey graduated with honors from Ashland University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and a minor in Psychology.
