Silver’s CEO to Join Webinar on 2025 Regulatory Shifts Reshaping Private Markets

Fundraising in the private capital markets has entered a new era. According to recent industry data, global fundraising in 2024 fell to $1.1 trillion – down 24% from the previous year and 40% below the 2021 peak of $1.8 trillion. As capital becomes harder to raise and limited partners demand more transparency, fund managers are operating in an environment shaped by both macroeconomic headwinds and a reinvigorated regulatory agenda.
